Cardinals Infielder Scott Spiezio Wanted by Cops
St. Louis Cardinals utility infielder Scott Spiezio is wanted by cops in Newport Beach on six charges from his arrest back in December. The charges are DUI, DUI with a BAC over .08, hit and run, aggravated assault, and assault & battery. Spiezio is accused of leaving a bar on December 30, 2007 in Newport Beach, Calif. after a night of heavy drinking. He allegedly drove drunk, crossed several lanes of traffic, drove over a curb and crashed into a fence. Then, we??re told, he fled on foot.
